This is an internal store-management web application operated by the team behind Bar en (Ebisu, Tokyo, Japan). Store owners, managers and PR staff log in to manage social media / Google Business Profile posts and respond to customer reviews for our own verified locations only. Review replies are draft-assisted: replies to reviews rated 3 stars or below always require explicit human review and approval before posting. We aim to respond to every customer review within 24 hours. We do not manage third-party profiles, resell access, or send spam.
